No wins in their last 4 matches, wheels are surely coming off for CAPS United

CAPS United dropped points for the fourth game in succession after a shocking start to their match day 15 clash against Scottland, which ended 2-0 in favor of the defending champions.

Heading into the clash, the Green Machine had not picked up maximum points in their previous three encounters- needing a last gasp equalizer to draw with MWOS, before the same happened against Simba Bhora at Wadzanai, followed by a somewhat dull goalless draw with FC Platinum.

With head coach Takesure Chiragwi away on national duty having been part of the Warriors technical team in the just ended Unity Cup, the motivation for CAPS to return to winning ways was on the prospect of playing at the National Sports Stadium.

The giant facility opened its doors to Premiership football today, following months of renovations.

But that could not inspire CAPS United.

A slow start to the game saw Scottland race to a 2-0 first half lead courtesy of brilliant crafted goals from Knowledge Musona and Panashe Mutimbanyoka.

CAPS never recovered and lost the contest and subsequently their top position on the log standings.

The victory over city rivals Dynamos on May 10, was their only win in their last six matches.
