Southern Region Soccer League returns as Match Day 11 kicks off after Munhumutapa Cup break

The Pacific Breeze Southern Region Soccer League is back in business this weekend, with clubs returning to league action after a one week break for the Munhumutapa Challenge Cup.

Match Day 11 gets underway on Saturday, 30 May 2026, with a packed fixture list across Bulawayo and the Matabeleland region. All eyes will be at White City Stadium, where log leaders Hwange FC take on Talen Vision FC at 12:00. Hwange are yet to taste defeat this season and will be looking to extend their unbeaten run, while Talen Vision face an uphill battle amid reports of unpaid salaries.

Chiefs Village grounds will hosts a double header. BYO Warriors face Nkayi United a battle of the league title contenders at 12:00, followed by the newly promoted Aqua Stars vs Mosi Rovers at 15:00. Zim Saints will welcome rejuvenated Zebra Revolution to Luveve B Arena at midday, while VF Herentals take on Casmyn at Chinotimba at 15:00.

After the Munhumutapa Challenge Cup distractions, clubs will be keen to refocus on league as the race for promotion and survival heats up in the Southern Region.
