Amakhosi U13 Boys stamped their authority in the 2026 NPL Domestic Junior League today at the Old mutual Academy formerly known as ( Heath Streak Academy)in Bulawayo, dismantling Queens U13 Boys by 7 wickets in a clinical 40 over encounter.

Batting first, Queens never got going. They were bundled out for just 79 runs in 14.4 overs as Amakhosi’s bowlers ran through the lineup with pace and discipline. The Queens batters struggled to rotate strike and wickets fell in clusters, leaving them well short of a competitive total.

Amakhosi’s chase was ruthless. They knocked off the target in only 10.0 overs, finishing on 82/3 and sealing a 7 wicket victory with 30 overs to spare. The opening bowlers, led by Panashe Dube, took the attack to Queens from ball one, showing serious intent.

Panashe Dube was named Player of the Match for his impact, taking 5 wickets and ensuring Amakhosi stayed in control from start to finish.

The result sends a strong message in the NPL U13 Boys league.Amakhosi are not just winning, they’re dominating. One would say they are following the footsteps of their big brothers, Amakhosi Seniors, who have already qualified for the NPL and were crowned champions of Bulawayo Province last weekend.
