MWOS FC coach Lloyd Mutasa insists beating former champions FC Platinum in their own backyard is a very possible task.
The two sides meet in Castle Lager Premier Soccer League clash in Zvishavane on Saturday.
MWOS FC, whose charges have had a brilliant start to their debut campaign in the country’s top flight after collecting seven points from a possible nine, visit Pure Platinum Play – who have equally started well.
Norman Mapeza’s troops are yet to taste defeat this campaign- having drawn with defending Simba Bhora, before beating Manica Diamonds, then settling for a stalemate with Chicken Inn.
Mutasa though, reckons MWOS FC can walk away with maximum points against the Platinum miners.
“We are playing at Mandava Stadium – against former champions FC Platinum and we saying we are ready and we have prepared well,” said Mutasa.
The boys are raring to go and I think we have done well. We would to try as much as possible to collect three points on the road so that we get 10 out 12 and that is very possible with the boys that we have,” added Mutasa.
MWOS FC will be without influential midfielder Tino Mutyambizi, who is serving a 2-game suspension following his sending off in the 2-0 victory over Yadah.
