Simba Bhora chairman Isiah Mupfurutsa has been elected the new chairman of the Premier Soccer League.
The Harare banker was contesting for the position in the election held this morning, Manica Diamonds’ Masimba Chihohwa, FC Platinum’s Dumisani Sisale and Ngezi Platinum Stars’ Leonard Musariri.
“Congratulations to the newly elected PSL leadership,” the PSL said in a statement.
Isaiah Mupfurutsa: Chairman
Kenneth Mhlophe: Vice Chairman
Moses Maunganidze: Emergency Committee Member
Oscah Nduwure: Emergency Committee Member
“We wish them great success as they work to advance the growth and development of our league.”
Defending champions Simba weighed in with a congratulatory message for their chairman, saying: “ Congratulations to the club chairman, Mr Isaiah Mupfurutsa, on being elected Premier Soccer League chairman.”
