MWOS PSL Predictor – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of Zimbabwe aged 18 and above.

  • Participants must register a valid account on Fanzone.co.zw.

  • MWOS employees, subsidiaries, MWOS FC players and staff, advertising agencies, and prize sponsors (and their immediate families) may participate for fun but are not eligible to win prizes.

2. Registration

  • Participation is free.

  • One account per person. Duplicate or false accounts will result in disqualification.

  • Participants must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

  • If your details change after registration, you may update them at any time via
    👉 My Profile > Update Profile.

3. How to Play

  • Predict the exact scoreline of selected Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League (PSL) matches.

  • Only the result after 90 minutes plus injury time is considered.

  • Predictions can be submitted or modified until kick-off of each match.

4. Scoring System

  • 10 Points – Exact scoreline

  • 7 Points – Correct result + correct goals for one team

  • 5 Points – Correct result only

  • 2 Points – One team’s goals correct

  • 0 Points – Incorrect prediction

5. The Joker Feature

  • One Joker per round.

  • The Joker doubles your points for the selected match.

  • Must be used before kick-off of the selected match.

6. Prizes

A. Leaderboard Prizes

  • Awarded to the top 100 participants based on cumulative points.

  • In the event of a tie:

    1. Most perfect predictions (10-point scores)

    2. Fanzone-administered tiebreaker quiz

    3. Random draw via impartial system

B. Sweepstakes Prizes

  • Random draws occur during the season and at the end.

  • Eligibility requires predictions in at least 50% of all rounds.

  • Participants may only win one sweepstakes prize.

7. Prize Claims

  • Winners will be contacted via the email and phone number provided during registration.

  • Winners must respond and claim prizes within 30 days of notification.

  • Identity will be verified using National ID and Date of Birth.

  • You may update your contact or ID details at any time via

  • Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited or re-awarded.

8. Publicity & Promotions

  • By entering, you agree that if you win:

    • You may be required to participate in photoshoots, interviews, or promotional content.

    • Your name, likeness, and results may be used by MWOS or Fanzone for publicity across platforms.

    • No additional compensation will be provided for publicity appearances or use of promotional content.

9. Communication Consent

By registering for the MWOS PSL Predictor, you consent to receive:

  • Transactional notifications (e.g. reminders, ranking updates)

  • Marketing communications via email, SMS, and WhatsApp

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. However, transactional notifications will continue while the competition is active.

10. Data Privacy

All personal data collected will be:

  • Handled in accordance with Zimbabwean data protection laws

  • Used solely for registration, support, verification, winner notification, and prize delivery

  • Not shared with third parties unless required by law or for prize fulfilment

11. Prize Transferability & Taxation

  • All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise stated.

  • MWOS reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or statutory obligations incurred from accepting a prize.

12. Disqualification & Fair Play

Participants may be disqualified for:

  • Registering multiple accounts

  • Submitting predictions via automated tools or bots

  • Attempting to manipulate match data or the scoring system

  • Providing false identity or registration details

  • Breaching any of these Terms & Conditions

13. Technical Disclaimer

  • Fanzone.co.zw is the official platform for the competition.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring their predictions are submitted and saved correctly.

  • MWOS and Fanzone are not liable for technical issues, outages, submission errors, or lost predictions.

14. Cancellation or Suspension

MWOS and Fanzone reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time in the event of:

  • Force Majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest)

  • Technical or security breaches

  • Low participation

  • Or at the sole discretion of the organisers

No compensation will be owed in such cases.

15. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
Any disputes arising from this competition shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
